Terms of service

These terms apply to orders and bookings made on executivefunerals.co.ke, by phone, on WhatsApp or at our branches with Rest Executive Funeral Services Limited.

Prices

Prices are in Kenya shillings. A price shown on a product page is the price you pay for that item. Where a service shows “Price on request”, a coordinator confirms the price with you before you pay anything.

Orders and bookings

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we email you a receipt. A booking is held once its deposit is paid, and confirmed when a coordinator calls you. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we tell you at once and offer an equal alternative or a full refund.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and cards, both through Paystack. We do not receive or store card numbers or M-Pesa PINs. Staff will never ask you to pay to a personal number. If anyone does, report it to us immediately.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our delivery and service area notice and our refunds and cancellations policy form part of these terms.

Responsibility

We deliver every service with care and on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including police or medical procedures, road closures, severe weather or the unavailability of permits. Where such an event occurs, we work with the family on the earliest alternative at no extra service charge.

Fariji Trust Shield

Fariji membership is governed by the Constitution and Rules of the Executive Funeral Services Welfare Self Help Group, not by these terms. Fariji is not an insurance product.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first; call or visit any branch.
