Delivery and service area

Our branches are in Kisii, Nairobi, Oyugis and Kisumu. Our vehicles travel to every county in Kenya, and our repatriation service brings loved ones home from abroad.

Collection

Choose collection at checkout to pick your order up from any branch. We call you when it is ready.

Delivery

• Checkout shows the delivery fee for your county before you pay.
• Where checkout shows no fee for your county, delivery is arranged by phone: a coordinator confirms the cost and the time before dispatch.
• Caskets are delivered by our own team and placed where the family asks.

Timing

Tell us the date you need an item at checkout. If we cannot meet it, we call you before taking the order further.
