Questions
What families ask us most. Call us if your question is not here.
Yes. Our line is answered 24 hours a day, every day, including public holidays. Branch offices keep normal hours, but collection and emergency help are always available.
By M-Pesa or by card, both through Paystack, our payment provider. When you pay by M-Pesa, a prompt appears on your phone and you enter your PIN. Your receipt is sent to your email straight away.
Yes. Pay by Visa or Mastercard from anywhere. Payments are taken in Kenya shillings and your bank converts the amount. Repatriation is quoted and paid in Kenya shillings too.
Yes, across Kenya, with our own vehicles. Checkout shows the delivery fee for your county before you pay. Where it shows none, delivery is arranged by phone and a coordinator confirms the cost first.
Some prices depend on distance, dates and the number of guests, and some are still being confirmed. Rather than show a figure that may change, we confirm the price with you before you pay anything.
No. Fariji Trust Shield is the membership programme of the Executive Funeral Services Welfare Self Help Group, a registered welfare group. Members contribute a small amount each month to a common fund, and when a loss comes Executive Funeral Services provides the funeral itself as a service. Members receive services, not a cash payout.
Contact any branch. We publish an obituary only with the written consent of the family. To remove one, use “Ask for this page to be removed” at the foot of the obituary page, and we act on it within one working day.
Yes. Our repatriation service brings loved ones home from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Gulf and elsewhere, from the funeral home abroad to the village in Kenya.
Yes. Our refunds and cancellations policy explains what is refunded and when. In short: the earlier you tell us, the more we can refund.
